Course Description:  This class is a certified class through the American Heart Association.  Certification is valid for 2 years.  Meets EMSA & OSHA requirements

The Heartsaver First Aid Course teaches how to manage illness and
injuries in the first few minutes until Professional help arrives. Course
content includes General Principles, Medical Emergencies, and Injury
Emergencies. Optional topics include CPR and AED, and
Environmental Emergencies. The American Heart Association 
First aid & CPR Course meets all EMSA and OSHA as required
for Childcare workers.

  Intended Audience:

All Lay Rescuers, such as employees in the workplace, day care
employees, babysitters, police, airline personnel, security
guards, family members of parents at high risk of sudden
cardiac death, other lay rescuers, and those who may have a
duty to respond to cardiac emergency because of job
responsibilities or regulatory requirements

  Course Length: The course length can range from 1.5 hours to 8 hours, depending on needs and the modules taught.



  Cost:  $80 - $65 Class price will vary based on modules chosen

Larger Classes can be as low as $35 per Student
